Arasys Inch-Loss System

Definition. The Arasys sytem is very unique Body Contouring treatment involving a muscle stimulating machine. Nerve endings around the patient's muscles are affected by contact with faradic waveforms, which subsequently cause the muscles to contract in a natural manner mimicking that of an extensive physical workout. Arasys specialists claim that a 20 minute Arasys session can have the same Body Sculpting impact as 300 sit-ups! It is not effective on cellulite, however. The Arasys is a spa treatment designed for muscle gain and fat burning / inch loss.  It resembles the old electric muscle stimulator contraptions that used to be advertised in the back of health magazines touting the ability get a powerful workout while lying on the couch.   Simply attach these pads to the areas of your body you'd like to focus on and flip a switch.  While the method and the promise is the same, the techniques to achieve the results are quite different. Electric muscle stimulators send an electric impulse to the muscle resulting in an involuntary muscle twitch by stimulating the muscle.  This stimulation does have an effect, but not nearly enough to resemble the claims the device manufacturers had made.  This largely left the EMS market to nothing more that infomercial quality devices marketed in a way to prey on people desperate for an easy solution to their weight problems. There is much more to the device then sending electric shocks to the muscles with the hopes of getting a workout.  The Arasys actually simulates the signals that the brain send to the muscles during exercise.  Quite impressive stuff really. The Arasys device sends signals to the muscle neurons rather than the muscle cells.  The signals sent by the Arasys result in full muscle contractions rather than a twitch like stimulation.  This results in a much more natural exercise that resembles the motions made during exercise.  The results are seen immediately after treatment with the Arasys.  Inch loss of 1-4 inches can be seen depending on the person being treated and the part of the body targeted.

Is it right for me? The Arasys is a remarkable solution for those that need to lose a few inches or get a kick start into getting back into shape. It is also ideal for those that are on a tight schedule and can't fit in time for spa and gym visits.  Simply hit the spa and get a workout before your favorite spa treatment. While not cheap, it's not so expensive that it has to be reserved for the wealthy.

Advantages. Glucose Levels - physical exercise requires glucose and glucose levels drop during the course of the workout.  The Arasys procedure does not require glucose.  The procedure allows the body to burn fat cells without the accompanying decrease in glucose.

Lactic Acid Levels - since the glucose burning is virtually eliminated this prevents the common lactic acid buildup from occurring in the muscles.

Spot Training - the Arasys procedure allows for targeting specific muscles that are difficult to work during standard exercise.

Disadvantages. Arasys inch-loss system has no side effects.

Results. Among the results actual Arasys users saw, in 17 minutes, one patient lost:

4 inches from the diaphragm
2 inches from the waist
1 inch from the left leg
1.5 inches from the right leg
